Mediation Services
Family Law Mediation
For all family law mediations DMSA practices the male/female co-mediation model for gender balancing and complete impartiality. We address both parenting plans and financial/property settlements.
DMSA mediators are registered with the Attorney General's Department as Registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners; this enables our mediators to issue Certificates under 60I under the Family Law Act.
If necessary, DMSA carry out Child Inclusive Practice (CIP). CIP is understanding the needs and aspirations of children involved in family separation.
